We stayed here for a visit to Braehead arena which worked out well location-wise. Other than that, I've nothing positive to say unfortunately. We first had a hard time finding it, and the way in - car park wasn't signposted, and we were directed to the noisy bar to check-in, then from there sent back to main hotel. In there we ended up in the function room and were lucky a member of staff happened to be there to let us in to where our room was. Up two flights of stairs while left is broken isn't great. The room was OK but despite being on 2nd floor we could hear the music from the function room, as well as people coming in at a late hour to their room. In the morning it was disappointing to find no hairdryer, and no 'real' tea (I had a few decaf bags, coffee, and some sugar). We only got 2 wee uht milks which wasn't enough for us both to have a hot drink, so I phoned and messaged as instructed to ask for a hairdryer, milk and tea, and I've yet to hear back... After an hr as we were needing to get out, my son went across to Tesco for me and I'd to leave with wet hair. When I got in the shower there was an eye make up brush lying in it, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned. I then made a cup of tea and hot choc before we left, but had to wash the mugs as they were visibly dirty.
