Loved the staff and the amenities, The Mediterranean restaurant and the 24/7 restaurant were God awful, but the Japanese and the seafood place were incredible. Very positive experience overall especially for a first timer. Would go back. The property was a tad bit outdated, but still good.
The best place to stay at in Riviera Maya. If you stay at a Bahia principe resort, you automatically get access to their other 3 resorts, enjoying more dining and entertainment options than you would at any other resort; and still under the âall inclusiveâ category.
The staff puts a lot of attention to details. For example: I was surprised that because my husband bought some medicine for the stomach at their pharmacy, the staff followed up with us to make sure he was ok, they set up a âbland dietâ for him through our stay, in case he wanted to use it; it was truly exceptional service.
We will definitely keep coming here in the future.
