Very good spot to crash at to recouperate after flights. Great for kids as it is steps away from Geoff's Park which contains a playground that has a zip line even! The staff were more accommodating than what we are used to as they accommodated early check-in, late check-out and even helped us by lending us a travel adapter so we could charge our electronics. Thanks a ton for the care!

Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider installing some rooms with wall mounted AC could be great (I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more!!). We would certainly stay here again for future trips. Thank you!

Ahmed (Mohammed) was very very kind! I will say that he definitely upgraded me and treated me very well. I was the only one that have the working air conditioner out of the entire hotel. That is a positive but also negative as there should be an update done and air-conditioning should be included considering there was a heat wave when I was there. Another thing that irritated me was that they had a voicemail on their phone that said dinner went till 10 PM but when I got there by nine, the kitchen was closed and there was a little bit of an argument on that. In the end, he did go and make something in the kitchen, but they really need to update all their policies and times. The hotel smelt awful. It smelled like a dirty rag. And I did not like the fact that it did not have an elevator. As someone with medical conditions, I prefer to have an air conditioner and an elevator. Other than that, the stuff was great. I had contacted Aisha a bunch of times to write a review and I was ignored. In my opinion that isn't the greatest form of customer service.

While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.

Renhold ok. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personal . AC fungerte ikke men var erstattet av en vifte som ble litt mye støy når man skulle sove. Har vært mye i Crawley men første gang her. Vil nok velge igjen.
