The check-in process was very easy. They even have automated check in stations.
Room: The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The room was very quiet.
Temperature is a problem with this hotel. Once the heat reaches the set point in the room it just shuts down and has to be manually turned on. This resulted in waking up freezing in the middle of the night to turn the heat back on. The front desk confirmed this is an issue with Premiere Inn hotels and asked to report to guest relations. Reached out to guest relations but they never respond.
Food: Breakfast was really good with scrambled egg, poached egg, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, croissants, yogurt, cereals, fruits, juices and coffee.
It's not included with every booking and may be extra cost. Dinner is also available for purchase. Plenty of space in the eating area.
Location: Location is perfect. You can basically see the London eye from the hotel. Less than 5 mins walking distance to this and very close to Big Ben and Uber boat. There are plenty of buses right next to it and also a few train stations. We were able to visit most attractions within less than thirty minutes of walking distance from the hotel.
Overall a great hotel at a perfect location. If they can fix the room temperature issue it would have been a perfect stay. Unfortunately due to the temperature issue sleep was disturbed so will have to caution you about staying here unless they have fixed this issue. I would give this place 3.5 stars.
