We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch
Overrated. You can get better deal in less than half price.
Not much Wifi friendly as well.
No internet access inside rooms.
Will never recommend to friends.
It was a good stay. In particular Mr. Rajesh, Housekeeping in charge and Mr. Chobe Ram in reception extended excellent hospitality. Restaurant team are also good. Need to improve in approach to room and fittings inside. Very poor and outdated.
Absolutely beautiful property that will sure to please. Away from Manali proper, it offers an experience that is very non-Indian-like. One could imagine they are in the Alps or Colorado. This is a very peaceful place and myself and my friend quite enjoyed the stay for the most part.
The hotel room are not ultra luxurous but the hotel garden have tremendous character and the best flowers collection ive ever experienced in India...the service of the staff and especially the restaurant is immpeccable...overall full marks !!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable with an inviting fireplace. The overnight snowfall added to the sheer magic of the place. Hotel staff extremely helpful and very accommodating.
Not a 5 star hotel. Freezing cold and no blankets provided in bedroom. These have got to be asked for. Average service. Breakfast was adequate. Too far from Manali. Takes about an hour to get into Manali. Suppose to be best hotel in Manali, I don't know if there are any better as I cannot compare.
The property is located by the river Beas and has an exclusive access to the waters. Facilities are many and nice. Though not really a 5 star by facilities upkeep but surely with 5 star service!
The staff was very hospitable and took good care of us.
i stayed here for two days to have an experience of staying by the river. and i must say i was impressed. the management of the hotel is doing a good job to keep its guest happy. overall i loved the place and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to be away from the city rush and live in a world of his/her own. ideal location for families too.
the resort is beautiful. I could see and hear the river from my room, there was a hammock right outside my room in the garden, heavenly place for nature lovers! it had a beautiful jogging track, walnut trees all over the place. staff was hospitable, food was good. rooms were neat n tidy. it's about 20 minutes drive from manali but totally worth it.
Stayed there for couple of night and was awestruck by the majestic beauty of the resort and service of the employees. I recommend this resort to everyone who plans to make a visit to this place. Personally Iâm not too sure if would stay at any other place if plans to visit Manali again.
