I was charged ten dollars plus tax for the free shuttle. Other guests did not have to pay.
Bed was not comfortable at all, wake up call never came through, and generally, the customer service was severely lacking.
I asked if there was anywhere to eat nearby. And they looked at me funny and said, don't you have doordash? I then asked if the Sheraton next store had a restaurant and they said they didn't know.
The facility was somewhat run down. There was plaster coming off the wall by the tub in the bathroom, and there was mold around the edge. It was also dirty, not filthy, but dirty. After a shower and drying off, I walked towards the bed and the bottom of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floor it must not have been mopped or cleaned on a while.
In addition, the other entrances to the hotel were not locked. They said they just didn't do that because they owned another hotel up the road.
