No bell etc at reception so I had to get one of the bartenders for help - he was lovely, but the fact that I had to go find someone was an odd start.
The room was pretty sad. Weird layout, no aircon (only a couple of fans which didn't do much), wine fridge with no proper shelves which didn't seal properly, and mattress was super hard. Paint chipped on walls everywhere and just didn't feel entirely clean. A lot of road noise, windows were a struggle to close properly to keep some of it out.
Bathroom had a moldy ceiling, the shower door didn't close all the way, and the shower head was so grotty that I wasn't comfortable using the shower in the end.
Decent amount of free parking available, but it's first-in-first-served with only a couple of spots reserved for guests (which were always full while I was there), so I imagine on weekends etc it gets difficult. I managed to find a space each day for my short stay (mid-week) but it was generally the last space left.
There are no do-not-disturb signs and no deadbolts on the doors, so I was woken from my attempted sleep-in by housekeeping trying to walk in. My bag was against the door which stopped them coming in, but they proceeded to call out "housekeeping" and try to slam the door open, twice, even as I called out to them.
All in all pretty disappointing, wouldn't stay again unless it was a very cheap price and I needed to save money
