A little gem of a hotel with a stunning view over the harbour and the mainland. A few minutes walk to the centre of town with its great restaurants and harbour front cafes.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and extremely attentive to our every need. The standard of the rooms and the facilities in the hotel were way above standard. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the rooftop restaurant only excentuated the experience, all round a very pleasant stay and a hitel I would definately return to
Good value for the money you pay.. good service. Nice view. Small swimming pool, no sand beach or no beach at all in front of the hotel.
For our purpose, it was close to all wedding activities that we attended
Excellent room overlooking the pool and the harbour, with the mainland over the water in the distance. Do not be put off by comments saying it overlooks a marina, it is a fishing harbour with (thankfully) no gin-palaces in sight. Management and staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Armarynthos would benefit from more visitors, and hotel will benefit from roof-garden restaurant when complete.
Ett litet personligt hotell som inte ser mycket ut för vÀrlden sett frÄn gatan, men som ligger fantastiskt fint precis vid havet och med bad i havet direkt nedanför den lilla poolen. Rar och hjÀlpsam personal. Ganska litet rum, men frÀscht. Bra frukost pÄ takterrassen. DÄlig wifi, Àr vÀl egentligen enda klagomÄlet.
When we booked, the hotel was advertised as having its own beach. This is questionable, thought it is right on the water. It was also advertised as having a children's play area/ground, it doesn't and the pool bar/restaurant were slightly over marketed. The staff were amazing and will go out of their way to help you. We would staff again, although would of preferred having a more accurate advertising of the hotel.
We stayed at Porto Evia Mare for 2 nights and had a great time! They just opened a couple months ago so it's a brand new place, very comfortable and with a great view! There was a small issue with our reservation and they provided a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience, what we really appreciated!
The location is also great, very close (about 10 minutes) from Eritrea. If I had to find a flaw to our stay I would say that some details are still in progress (decoration, pictures on the walls, etc.) and that they still don't have a lot of info about Evia for guests. Other than that, GREAT PLACE!
