I was asked to show the certificate that I have paid, and it took me sometime to resolve this issue. Finally, they offer that I deposit some money until they get notified that the money is paid by Expedia.
Expedia should communicate closer with hotels.
The room was roomy and fairly clean. We had requested a queen size bed but received two twins. Grab cabs were quick to pick us up and you could walk to a store and restaurants. The front desk staff was not very helpful. Every question we asked was a "no". Also, there was no wifi our final day.
