This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in hotels. The whole purpose was to get a place with a well rated pool to swim with my nephew, who has special needs. We proceeded to go to the pool, and there was bodily fluids floating in the pool, we notified front desk staff and they called somebody to fix it, so the staff was helpful, but we could not swim. Whatever it was in the pool they actually shut down the pool the next morning also to have people come in and repair there was no offer to accommodate pricing etc. despite the bodily fluids, the pool was very cloudy to begin with and there was other debris throughout the pool, so I do not believe it have been cleaned in quite some time. The front desk attendant also double charged my card and when I was checking out they said I just have to wait to have it fixed which I was not comfortable with but it left me with no options. The overall cleanliness of the elevators and rooms was excellent. I took a couple photos below. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but this is just an example of some of the things in the pool.
