I had to be in the area for work and really enjoyed this hotel. It was a super easy check-in and check out with the code. The bed and the linens and pillows were super comfortable. They offer a little continental breakfast. Thatâs out pretty much all day and coffee I would highly recommend this place.
We had a pleasant check in experience. We were switched to a pet friendly room as we had two service dogs with us. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend to others!
I was familiar with this hotel having grown up in Peterborough 50 years ago. Not a whole lot has changed but it did provide a decent and comfortable place to stay. A little more maintenance would go a long way. The check-in process via text messaging was very nice. No daily room service and the "breakfast" offering in the cramped lobby was lame. The TV service on the over-sized screens was a mystery and it would have been nice to see a write-up. You can use your own subscriptions to streaming services. Beds were good. For the size of the room, it would have been nice to have a decent chair.
I have stayed here several times in recent years. The relatively recently upgraded rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff has always been pleasant and helpful, the cost reasonable, and the location conveniently close to the center of Peterborough, with restaurants, stores, etc. Available breakfast is modest.
