When checking in in the afternoon the young woman at the front desk was unfriendly from the first minute onwards. She gave us a hot and loud room towards the main street. We asked for one at the back side - no chance, so we moved into that room. What we didn't know then was that the room was not only towards the main street, but also above a discotheque, with loud music until 3am - absolutely impossible to sleep. --- The next morning the lady at the front desk was very kind, apologized for the 'inconvenience', gave us free breakfast and we didn't have to pay the full price. But still we think it is absolutely intolerable to sell rooms above a discotheque where it is impossible to sleep before 3 am without informing the guests about this condition. In a nutshell: if you like to listen to rock music until 3am: fine. If not, then make sure that your room is far away from that discotheque.
