Run-Down and Not Like it Used to be!
Cont. Breakfast was decent. Beds were pretty pounded out with some pretty questionable stains and dirty floors in the rooms (blacked out our white socks from walking int here). Internet access worked for 5 minutes and then never worked again.
The biggest issue was the Waterpark. It needs to be revitalized ASAP, the dirty stairs and garbage and dirt around the pool area is horrific.Hot tub should be changed to Foggy Warm tub. The yellow slide literally has people's initials written in the smug on the slide when you go down it.
A three day trip was cut short and spent elsewhere because of the musty and rough condition of the room we had. It was hard to fathom the high price point of this place for what we stayed in. Usually not one to complain but for the cost of the room and what we received was pretty poor.
**Also, a bit out of their control - but maybe should be noted for when people book the rooms:
Don't plan on booking for convenience of using the mall and area at night, its all locked up and no access anymore. Construction around the parking lot also makes it a longer walk to get around.
