New hotel in great condition, located in a nice and safe area right off the expressway. Breakfast was good but missing a yogurt selection other hotels have.
Hotel is far enough so that you do not hear any noise from the highway but the highway is still conveniently close by. Very clean and comfortable. Recommend if staying in the area.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcomingâespecially Brittany, who was very accommodating and went out of her way to help. None of the issues here are the fault of the associates; itâs clear theyâre doing their best with what they have.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in poor condition. My room had leftover decorations from a previous guest and even a hole in the wall, which made it feel unclean and not properly maintained. The pool area was also concerning: poorly ventilated, with visible rot and chemical peeling. To make matters worse, the pool license had been expired for six months at the time of my visit.
Overall, a disappointing experience. The staff are doing their best, but theyâand the guestsâdeserve better support and conditions.
Overall, not a bad place. The pillows were a bit horrid leading to a not so good night of sleep. If we had planned on staying more than 1 night, I would have brought my own pillow as I am pretty picky that way. Never have down pillows without alternatives in the room! Otherwise the room was fine. Definitely could smell the chlorine in the hallways.
Location was great! Lots to do in the area or go to Detroit.
Room was clean! Loved the soft King Size Bed!! Lemon water in the lobby was appreciated!!
A way to block outside lights would be nice.
