The hotel was very clean and the restaurant food/service was great - 5 stars for that.
Why I gave two stars overall was - that the fridge was not working so our food and birthday cake got ruined, WiFi didnât work the entire time, the cable service had to be fixed as well as the front desk gave trouble at the time of check-in for the extra cost of the rollaway bed, despite that being mentioned in the reservation email from Expedia to them
Staff and service was absolutely outstanding!! Staff went to great lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable. From front desk to porter service they made you feel like you were their only guests and really cared. Friendly and warm.
