Not Impressed! Stayed at the Haley, which basically means we hide you away from all of the amenities!!! It’s at the end of the property and you have to track to amenities.
Don’t waste your time calling the front desk. If you’re lucky and they feel picking up, they will transfer you to the staff cafeteria repeatedly.
Don’t ask for anything which is outside of their usual process. Like asking for a cart to help you take your luggage to your car BEFORE you’ve completed your checkout process. It was our last day, we woke up wallet and wanted to put our luggage in the car early to avoid the chaos at the desk at normal checkout time. Then go and have breakfast after, and then finally checkout. They refused to send anyone until after ate ate and were ready to checkout. We wheeled our bags ourselves from building 3 to the parking lot! Then had breakfast, and then checked out.
The property is not being maintained. I’ve heard they’ve purchased a new proper in Rodney Bay, so guessing they’re not putting any money into this building before potentially selling it!
The staff walk around as if they’re at home with friends. Laughing and chatting with each other and disregarding the customer. It’s pervasive and systemic that you cannot blame the staff. It’s a top down, management issue!!!
We were there for our honeymoon for 1 night. The front desk promised us that we would be able to get a dinner reservation, just explain to the restaurant manager. Good luck!!
