The apartment has a view of the sea, and is right by a staircase to a set of boulders overlooking the sea and a scenic lookout with benches. It's fairly convenient to both the harbor, "downtown" and the station, with moderate climbs/walks to all of the above.
The hostess, Sara, was absolutely fantastic in explaining the town, the best routes to take through the labyrinthine alleys, restaurant recommendations, event tips etc. She really helped maked the stay.
The parking option: if you let the hosts know you need a parking spot, they will try to reserve you one, but the options are limited and unless you request one early you're not quaranteed to get one. It will cost whatever the owner of the parking lot will charge. So if you need a spot, request one early! By far preferred -- take the train.
