This felt more like staying in a family home than a hotel, really well run! The staff member looking after guests was wonderfully friendly, and was very careful to ensure I had everything I could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again, it was a fabulous experience
Great hospitality and really comfortable room. OYO were able to accommodate me at short notice and I had a relaxing sleep in the spacious room. Clean, well heated and good shower. Breakfast good.
Discreetly located on a leafy street in a nice part of Belfast only 15/20 minutes by car to the city centre. Itâs a large house converted to single room b&bs. Itâs not luxury by any standard but is very comfortable and convenient for a few nights stay, safe and has free, unrestricted parking.
We went during the lockdown period so imagine it will be different when this is lifted. The owners provided a light continental breakfast for us which was nice.
Rooms clean and warm, showers work well and bed is comfy. What more do you need?
Accommodation was super clean in a real central location. I loved everything about it. Just wished there was more of a hot breakfast with the social distancing rules
Very average and not worth anything like the ÂŁ117 one night charge. âThe Gregoryâ across the road much better and ÂŁ40 less. Also, whilst I have nothing against them, the proprietors are muslim and therefore, the âUlster fryâ has no proper bacon or sausage and if this had been pointed out in the description, I would have opted for somewhere else.
Comfortable and clean house with very pleasant staff. A lot of rules to follow (no alcohol on the premises being 1) but that was the only gripe. I would recommend this Guest House to everyone...unless they enjoy a glass of wine before bed.
Lovely place and Diana and her team were very helpful and kind. Just felt a bit of pressure with check-in, since there is no reception and you need to get to the property by 2:00PM for easy check-in. Breakfast + hospitality = brilliant!
