Do not stay here!
We were given a room on ground floor as no lift. Room was nice. Just dispenser for soap no shampoo conditioner.
No shelves for placing anything in bathroom. Just a very small hanging area. No light over single mirror. Very noisy with air conditioning and road noise u til 1/2 am then started at 4 am!
I spoke to a temporary manager who said he had no idea of the rooms and what they were like but would move us further along to make it easier? Also that he would phone us to tell us this had been done. After hearing nothing I phone to ask but the line was permanently engaged so phoned head office and girl said she would make sure that someone answered but it still went to engaged tone. Phoned again head office and said we did not want to stay another night as no change of room! Thus cancelling 4 more night ahead plus another 8 nights ahead of that! Fortunately we were able to find somewhere else in the very short time we had! Thus to say we will never recommend The Two Rivers Chepstow again which is very sad as it was very good some years ago.
