I booked a room on Hotels.com. The site said it only had a two queen bed room available, so I booked it. At check-in, I asked the lady if there is a king bed room available. She went to check, and the male manager yelled at her and said no. I have been at this hotel many times, and the parking structure was not full at all. He yelled and said they were sold out. I got up to the room, and it was two double beds, not queen beds. The toilet was also clogged up. I called downstairs to see if I can change rooms, and again, the middle eastern male manager yelled, no sold out. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone with a plunger for the toilet. after 10 minutes, he was not able to unclog the toilet. 30 minutes later, he came back with a long snake. after another 10 minutes, he unclogged the toilet, but left toilet water all over the bathroom floor and the entry. I asked the maid in the hallway if she could mop it up, and she said no, I had to call downstairs. After calling down the front desk, the rude male manager said he would send someone up. I needed to shower and had a business meeting, so I asked the maid in the hallway for towels to mop up the toilet water. she said no and I had to call downstairs. I called the front desk, and someone did bring up towels so I could wipe up the toilet water that their maintence man dripped all over the floor. The room was remodelled with new wallpaper, but the window unit air conditioner was noisy and made the room humid. The c
