The welcoming was very bad, we arrived a 11am and wait 4 hours our room for the checking at 3pm.
No place to wait in air-conditioning with our child of 3 years old ! They propose the mini club for our daughter during the lunch time, it was close !! After 2 flights, one transfert of 3 hours , very bad welcoming.
We stayed 2 weeks and during all each days the Lobby was in works with a lot of dust and noise !! no excuses for that, no message before the reservation to know that , no compensation !! and we were there during 4 hours in the works noise !! ( if you want videos and pictures we have ) that's was unacceptabl
All the food at the breakfast are outside and in contact with flies, we prefer the food inside in good conditions of conservation. Me, and others guests we met, were all under pressure with the staff "sales women" to sign an "Timeshare" or "vacation deal" with the anantara but at the start they spoke only of fidelity card and incredible honor to entre in a "Club" They promise no obligation and money for you time but if you are not interested their faces changes and they are very not friendly !! A lot of sales skills are used sometimes in very bad !! that was a very bad experiences and the can see each day of you vacation but you have to sign obligatory the day of the meeting... so they use pressure and sales techniques you don't need during holidays. 1 time on two manager speak to you to sale you a diner or extra and don't take time to take news of your stay...
