I did not like the fact that for over 7 days I had no hot water. I was told by the front desk staff that they were working to resolve the issue and that there were delays with a part shipped through FedEx. Later in the weak, I was told that Management was working diligently to resolve the issue. At the end of my stay, I was told by the front desk staff that, " since I knew that there was not hot water, I should have moved to another hotel. They told me that they would not give me any refunds, nor would they compensate me in any way for the inconvenience." I had to take a shower the best I could with no hot water for over 7 days. I asked for management to contact me throughout my stay. I never received a call nor any apology from management nor the front desk staff. They acted like it was my fault. I am still waiting on an apology from management or some form of compensation. To me, it was a breach of contract. I did not receive the services that I paid for.
