What a disaster - room 504 - when the airco is switched off, there comes and goes a noise that keeps you awake or wakes you up - after night,1 the staff would look at it, everyday again - we didn't sleep for 5 nights and then they gave us for the last night the juniorsuite and a free spa entrance. Too late! besides that, there was no duvet on the bed - allergy for feathers but no alternative - untill the staff found a thin fabric we slept under for 6 nights - not at all a duvet replacement.They could have bought a synthetic duvet (I asked it in advance but they didn't react) It is the first time that I came home from holiday totally exhausted - for 200 euro per night. The staff is aware of the airco problem but suggests to put in earplugs (which didn't help at all) - I hope they don't use that room before the problem is solved.
