Second time the same month
Since we had to go back to Puerto Vallarta within the same month, we had booked twice in Villa La Estancia.
Again, the place is great, also the location, the facilities, the room, and of course also the warmth of the Mexican service, simply excellent! ... but also once again the food was a BIG dissapointment.
We were in the 'all inclusive' package, but we didn't take advantage of the food, not even for breakfast. It seems there is an effort to make a 'high cuisine' of the food, but it turns out really bad over and over. I find surprising after reading the comments of previous guests in 2009, that still this problem hasn't been solved by the management. I strong recommend to the chef at the Villa La Estancia to review the cuisine, and make a more palatable menu. Mexican food is so delicious, that is a shame this has to be a criticism to the hotel.
As for the rest, continue wth the good job!
