We did not end up spending the night here. There was a hole in the wall about 6 inches wide, the back of the bathroom door had a large sticker in it as wide as the door. The furniture was in so disrepair the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close. The cover for the ceiling fan in the bathroom was in the sink. It was NOT clean we didn't even feel comfortable to sit down. I would like my money back from this property. I'm surprised it's not condemned.

The room needs some repairs. The shelf in the closet needs to be rehung, stove vent does not work, and the light switches over table and by the bed need adjusting.

The hotel was a dump, took forever to check in. When we got to the room, no light bulbs in stand by Tv or desk. Shower head was absolutely crap. If we didn’t keep the bathroom fan running it smelled of weed so bad it gave you a headache.

We had to find a hotel in a hurry as our daughter had surgery and had complications and ended up being admitted, we seen this hotel on expedia and was close by so we decided to go with it, from the the very first impression of walking up to the front desk was bad, there was no one there, there was a sign up that said dial the number for help, we did this 4 times before someone came and was still actively chewing food when she got to the front desk, we were exhausted as we drove several hours to bring our daughter to the hospital so we just wanted to get to our room and go to sleep, we got in the elevator which had burn marks in it, graffiti, and dirty floor, room was filthy,smelled bad, greasy hand prints caked on the bathroom door, cabinet doors were broken and dangling, brown stains on the ceiling, mysterious white stains by the corner of the bed on the floor, we will leave you to your imagination to what those stains were, gross! The chair in the corner was ripped, stains in the carpet, the wall light was dangling and light flickering, there was a marijuana blunt roach on the floor next to the end table,black frizzy hair in the bed, the sheets had stains, and the bed was broken and leaning towards the head board so I barely was able to sleep it was the worst most uncomfortable and disgusting stay I've ever had and that says a lot I'm not a picky person and am usually understanding but for that place to get that bad it had to have been neglected for quite some time.

The bathroom had mold and dirt in it. The bathtub faucet was leaking and not attached the wall, the air conditioner didn’t work, there were holes in the wall painted over, and the dresser drawer handle was broken off. It smelled in the hallways. Our hallway was dirty. We did not stay. We walked out immediately.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel but had to leave immediately upon arrival due to serious safety concerns. When I reached my assigned room, I found the door wide open, and there were unfamiliar individuals wandering the hallway. This created an atmosphere that felt unsafe and deeply unsettling. Out of concern for my personal safety, I chose not to enter the room. I went to the front desk to request a different room, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, my request was denied without any explanation or effort to understand my concerns. I then asked for a refund, which was also refused outright. What was most troubling about this experience was the complete lack of acknowledgment or support from the hotel staff regarding the safety risks I raised. Their indifference made it clear that guest safety was not a priority. This experience left me shaken and disappointed. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking a stay here. At the very least, I expected a basic level of care and concern for my wellbeing — but sadly, that was nowhere to be found.

Once Was Enough

Drawers missing. I had to hook up the drapes with one of the drape pins in order to darken the room as one side was hanging down. Odors from people cooking in their rooms weren't necessarily pleasant. The elevator was pretty beat up and there was no inspection notice. Rate was good but we would have to be desperate to stay there again.

Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk at check in and the place is dirty! The clerk didn’t offer anything to us or even greet us. I said we are here to check in and she said - name? Then proceeded to not say another word. The clerk in the morning was worse! Asked what do you want ? I said checking out and handed her our room keys that she threw on the front counter and started to walk into the back and when I stood there - she said - do you need something else. I told her. Wasn’t comfortable leaving my room keys that had the room number on the holder just laying out. Someone could grab the. And access the room. She never punched anything in the computer that would deactivate the keys she said no one would do that and walked to the back.

We booked it for 5 nights but only stayed there 2 or 3 because it was such a poor experience. Maple Grove and Plymouth are generally safe areas but we did not feel safe there after a couple experiences we had with others. We didn't like that there was no remote for the TV, dishes and utensils in unit, crooked lamp shades, 2 of 3 lamps not working, 2 work station tables but only 1 chair, a shower tub that looked so bad neither of us wanted to use it, the floor mat towel was folded nicely over the tub edge when we arrived but totally soaked wet, the kitchen sink looked awful (apparently hard water stains), the chair for the work station had stains whereby my husband didn't want to sit on it and he said the mesh back of the chair felt sticky. Those were a few of the things we didn't like. We did like that it had working air conditioning. We were grateful that the reception desk could give us a tv remote and dishes and utensils. In general, I really would not recommend staying here.

First, the staff on hand did everything she could to help me, including check at least up to five different rooms for me to have something. I will admit that I did not know that you could not check in past midnight. I had issues to where I couldn’t make it to the property until 1245a. She did everything she could find me a room so I was very appreciative of that. She struggled to find any open rooms because the organization of who was staying on property was almost nonexistent and her iPad that she had to use to check me in was not functioning almost at all, so she physically had to go into rooms to see if people were occupying those rooms so that I could get a room. After she found me an After she found me, the bathroom door handle was broken off and sitting on the counter. The bathroom counter has stains all over it. The bathtub where I was supposed to take a shower was ridiculously dirty and moldy. There were numerous punctures or holes in the walls. One outlet near a bed. The other outlet wasn’t even installed correctly and was literally in the wall by wires only. The mattress that I slept on hasn’t been changed out in years and you could tell. I normally don’t expect much for a room at that rate however, I do expect a room to be somewhat clean and usable. Honestly, the room that I had was a complete joke and the pictures that I see on Expedia are either one or two rooms that they’ve updated or don’t actually exist. I have no idea to be honest. I took pics of all this
