We got to the apartment (with a newborn) to take care of some medical issues. We do not live in the area. Upon arrival we noticed that the AC was not working and it was 80° in the house. We contacted the property and they send out a maintenance person, the maintenance person said it was a bigger issue and he would be out in the morning to take care of it. He did not come that morning btt it we were out of the hose, when we got back the ac was still not working so we contacted the property. They moved us to a different apartment and told be they would refund me $100 for the inconvenience and the 24+ hours with no ac in south Florida. Perfect! We moved to the other apartment and it was fine.
Fast forward, I still have not received the refund. I booked through hotels.com and they told me the refund would be issued through there. I reached out via hotels.com and they are now denying the refund.
I would not suggest staying here, because if there are issues out of your control it is hard to contact and apparently they will not refund you the money that they promised.
