Never all-inclusive and never in this hotel again.
We stayed here for 11 days as a couple.
The hotel, in general, needs plenty of renovation.
The first thing you would smell when you head to your room is the sewage.
In the room, the tiles are broken, and some would move under your feet.
The bed is a disaster. We had a double bed. You can not even think about giving a good night kiss because one of you would fall in between the beds.
There are small ants in the room, and I guess they have a nest behind the bed.
Hand towels are torn, and they smell.
The swimming pool is very clean and for this time of the year it is actually enough for the number of guests but in summer I guess it would be very crowded.
In order to get pool towels, you must pay for it, which I never in my life have had anything like this.
We unfortunately booked all-inclusive.
Drinks are extremely limited, and nonalcoholic drinks are not more than some nectar juices and soft drinks.
Everything else should be paid for.
Restaurant, oh dear!
They don't have signs describing the food they offer or the sauces or the dips.
You have to ask about everything, and you must be lucky to find someone to speak English.
The food itself is tasteless and unseasoned, and if you really know what food is, you would notice it is all of a bad cheap quality, ready made deep frozen.
We missed the very delicious and good Spanish food.
Breakfast is fine. You can have toast and cheese, some fruits and some sort of egg.
