These are some of the points we would like to mention.
- Barely English, most staff only speak Spanish. Not ideal when being a tourist establishment!
- Front desk had our creditcard information but there was no option to charge to room. When at the pool you have to keep your card near you to be able to pay for things.
- Unfriendly staff besides frontdesk clerk
- Breakfast poorly restocked, when requesting an item to re restocked just a harsh “No”!
- Bar on rooftop has potential but no staff. You need to order from frontdesk and they wait a long time.
- While your still eating they are already clearing your table and around you giving you the feeling you have to finish your breakfast quickly. Tables are not provided with cutlery and you have to ask for this.
- On a positive note: hotel is clean, easy to find and price is good.
