Average at best.
For the price it is expected. If you have money pay for a better area or hotel. If your on a budget this place will do. Expect door locks to be opened by staff everyday to let you in. They don't like to respect the "Do not disturb sign" Overall the staff was friendly. But for sure many areas to improve.

Property is very much okay compared to the price. Receiption staffs are very helpful and they understand and speak English. one big and bad issue is the bomb noise making by the cleaning staffs while closing the doors, even by some guest too. They never think that there are other guests too, who may sleep, everyday i got panicked and woke up by this terrible noise. But hotel senior staff or authority to hold the responsibility.they should teach and monitor those cleaning staffs and guest too . Moreover, cleaning staffs play music , it seems they can't work without music and we the guests paid extra money for hearing music!!! I am observing these two issue snd i will edit my review if i see the improvement steps taken by the hotel. Except these 2 issues, all is well.

I find this hotel very convenient to all major locations and within walking distance from restaurants, churches and shopping. The room is very clean as well as the linens and pillows. The air-conditioning works well and very quiet. I don't understand why this hotel was so underrated. The staff are all nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for everybody.

8/10 Very Good

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did not like the fact that I did not have enough towels for everyone in the room, the shower did not have a curtain the water went all over the place; the door knob on the bathroom was busted and did not close. the beds were old and very hard.

Not great
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable however the water running from the shower and sink smells horrible. The hotel staff is very inconsiderate, screaming throughout the hallways and knocking on doors very early in the morning. Each day we are woken up several times by a woman screaming “buenos dias” and knocking on all the doors. To add on to that, there is a lot of noise in the morning- sounds of loud voices talking- which im assuming is the staff screaming back and forth to each other. If you wake up at 8am, then this wont be an issue for you… but if you’re a person who sleeps in, you will be extremely unhappy every day.
