If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We arrived late in the evening and initially were told they didn't see our reservation and didn't have a room. We booked through hotels.com. After the front desk clerk, who was very nice, called her manager they found us a room. Upon walking into the room it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly. Dirt on the floor, absolutely filthy desk chair, snot on the walls and the mattress pad wasn't secured on the bed like it should be. We left after 30 minutes and stayed somewhere else.
The front desk clerk apologized and offered another room but we declined because of how bad the room was.
After going back and forth with hotels.com according to them it was up to the hotel manager to approve a refund. Per emails with hotels.com our refund was denied several times by the manager. After finally getting the managers contact info, Pennie, she said she didn't know anything about our issue and that hotels.com paid our reservation with a virtual card so they had to issue the refund.
After multiple calls Pennie finally agreed to issue a refund for 1 night because supposedly they offered to clean our room.
We will never stay at this hotel again. Aside from the 2 female front desk clerks, everyone else was rude, one male front desk clerk hung up on me and the manager was more focused on proving us wrong then doing what was right.
