Room was not clean. A clump of hair in the shower drain upon check in, food leftovers in the fridge from the previous guest, and the bathroom floors were so sticky our shoes would stick to them.
We stayed for 2 nights and asked for a room cleaning after the first night, due to the conditions, but no one ever came.
We ordered pizza the second night of our stay and ate it in our room. We asked the front desk for some napkins or plates and they said they couldn’t help us with anything (there’s a restaurant / bar in the lobby).
We’ll be staying elsewhere on our next trip to traverse city. Very disappointing for how much we paid to stay here.
