We stayed here for one night en route to Lucerne. We arrived late at night, and managed to find parking (it was the last spot, so we were quite lucky). There doesn't appear to be a parking lot for the hotel, only street parking. There's no concierge, but we had the code to get our key (the hotel emailed it to us after our booking), so we had no problems. It's really easy to figure out what you have to do once you're there. The room was really big, and it had its own kitchen, so we would've been happy to stay longer. The wifi was also really strong.
