I recently stayed at Mena House, a hotel known for its outstanding service, which is why I was surprised by a disappointing experience with one of the garage security staff members. The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. Additionally, after making me pay for parking, he handed me a piece of paper instead of an official receipt.
Aside from this issue, I must say that the rest of the staff I interacted with inside the hotel were friendly, respectful, and attentive, meeting the high standards Mena House is known for. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure that every part of the hotel experience remains as professional as expected.
