Service is a shame / Food is bad
The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace.
Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water...
Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but we had to leave without eating as food was not fresh (bread harsh like stone, ravioli very dry, rancid ricotta, etc...). We have not been able to eat this evening as it was to late to move to another restaurant.
Sauna is globally too cold and permanently moving from "cold to hot"
Last day, the shower was cold.
Breakfast is very average, with industrial and stale bread .
Despite all these issues no commercial action or try to improve...
Definitely not 5 stars hotel...
