Some details from my stay
There was a bunch of people in the hallways yelling and screaming very late into the night on Sunday, 2/16.
The systems were down when I was trying to check-in so I'm thankful that I was able to stay in the Marriott Club, but then when I went to submit my paper copy of a payment authorization form, the person checking me in told me that there was a long line of people, but I had been standing there long before the line of people developed.
Then, there was no service for the room and I had to call to ask for towels.
The button to switch the water from the tub spigot to the shower head is in exactly the wrong spot so that you can't see it from where you are standing to turn on the water so I had to search for way too long before finding it.
And on top of ALL of that...the whole reason I wanted to stay here was because of the hot tub and the hot tub was not hot at all.
Those are just some details about my stay.
