I reserved Sun., 4.6.2025, two-separate king sized bed rooms w/adjoining door. Paid confirmed. On Fri., 04.04.25, I called again to re-confirm my special requests. I was assured all my msgs., requests would be in place.
Having a Hilton Honors Membership, upon my arrival the clerk stated “all of my requests made far in advance were honored.” They issued us Rooms 250 and 252. Standing there in person I asked if she could please double-check rooms side by side or even next to each other. She replied, “Great! Here are your two rooms, same floor, same row with door to each other’s entrance. Obviously, by the room numbers very separate.
Next, had to request 3 times: in person and two calls to guest services for towels.
This same clerk confirmed the pool temperature was heated warm…no it was freezing.
Lastly, and to think I felt compelled to leave her a $20 dollar tip for service.
