I'll start by recognizing that I chose this place because it was the cheapest option in PG. That said, while the floors had been swept, they were noticeably dirty when walking with socks and there were burn holes in multiple spots. The bedframe was put together with seemingly random pieces of wood, as well as the shelf beside the bed. The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning products and cigarettes.
The bedding and towels were clean, and the bathroom was acceptable. The check-in was great, and the staff were pleasant.
If I were to stay in PG again, I would spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere else, but if you want to stay somewhere cheap, this spot will be fine.
