Great room very clean with good amenities. Check in was easy. The rooms
Were quiet. The pool
Was not open until 4pm even though it says itâs open all day. The woman we asked at front desk was not the friendliest and gave an attitude when we asked about the pool.
Upon arrival reception initially couldnât find my booking, but then said to check at breakfast the next morning as we might have to change rooms after the 1st night as they were getting busyâŠdespite me having booked a 2night stay 5 months ago.
Breakfast was very average. We cleaned our own table both mornings before eating and items werenât replenished promptly.
It was really good that they had bins for recycling, however, these were all overflowing and not emptied during our stay.
The coffee in the lobby was only warm in the morning. I mentioned this to reception who said we could microwave it.
We have stayed in many Hampton Innâs before but would not come back to this one.
I waited almost 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. And then they âcouldnâtâ find my reservation. But I was offered a king suite for the same. (Only good thing about the stay.)
There was hair in the shower.
The guests were loud and âpartiedâ until 1am. No one answered the front desk. No towels in the pool area.
Breakfast buffet was minimal.
Will rethink staying here again.
Awesome hotel with all the amenities of a Hampton inn. Most of the desk staff is quite nice but some of the newer staff seem over worked and stressed making them seem annoyed and a bit cold. Also the coffee station is always cold and stale by evening hours.
