The welcome was personal and left an impression (it helped that I filed my paperwork online beforehand), so the check in/check out process was a breeze (again the technology utilitized made this possible) As for the stay itself, I didnt use the TV, so nothing to report. The other tenants were noisy, yet not obnoxiously so. The mini refrigerator and HVAC worked great- the microwave, however, i believe was dead (it had buldging too). Hot water was plentiful and despite stained carpet, a tab facuet that was loose, and no exhaust fan the room overall served well it's intent- a comfortable room to support restorative sleep.
The breakfast offered was sparse, with a few slices of bread, packets of jam and butter, and cereal with milk. At the time of my stay the waffle and juice machines appeared non operational- hopefully these will be fixed soon. Would have like to have seen fruit, yet I've seen worse breakfast offerings. Would stay again
