Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had
I checked into this hotel on June 29th at 11:30 PM and waited 45 minutes at the front desk with no staff in sight. There were three other frustrated guests in the lobby when someone finally showed up — unprofessional in both appearance and demeanor. That should have been my first warning.
What followed was four days of complete frustration:
My toilet leaked continuously.
The bathtub was backed up and unusable.
Zero room service the entire stay.
Despite daily requests, I never received clean towels or linens.
On the final day, they left two towels on the counter — too little, too late.
The staff looked and acted like they were cast in a low-budget horror movie — completely unprofessional and clearly not trained. It’s obvious this company does not care about quality, cleanliness, or customer service.
There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer far better service and professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs. If you stay here, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. This hotel is a disgrace.
