Didnât get to stay due to the fact that you guys didnât realize that the company had been bought out and didnât get my reservations or my money had to pay twice for a hotel to stay in
At check in i was charged an additional $50 deposit per room thatvwas not disclosed at time of booking. The over all condition of the property was run down. I got stuck in the elevator and chise to use the stairs the remander of my stay. The towels were stained and looked grimy. No fridge, microwave or coffe pot in the rooms. The hallways were filthy with trim falling off the walls. The ceiling tiles in the rooms were water damaged and flaking off.
The housekeeping staff and maintenance were fantastic. However if the owner was the one on desk duity, he was never there. We were locked out of our room for almost an hour. We had animals in the room. They offered no apology or anything. Just argued with us that he was at the desk the whole time and that we were not telling the truth. Fantastic staff, terrible owner.
One of the maids was especially helpful in getting our keys to work and getting us a hairdryer. Our room was clean but had zero ambience. Hallway carpets especially on stairs were filthy. Needs a paint job. Overwhelming odor of cleaning products in the room.
No microwave or mini fridge. No chairs or couch of any kind. INDOOR pool only open during summer and a ten guest limit to pool? Wasnât this way last time I stayed here . Door looked completely messed up, holes in the walls. Our ac/heating unit was also broken.
I will not be staying here ever again. Front desk was also rude when I checked out.
They didnât have a microwave refrigerator dogs barking , no phones to call the front desk. Had to use my phone to call the front desk and they said it wasnât the front desk it was the number on the page yâall have .
Everything was fine except that we were disappointed to have no refrigerator or microwave in our room and were told we couldnât upgrade because it was âtwo different systems.â
After a 10 hour drive the guy at the front desk told me there were no rooms. Showed him my reservation and he still said he didnât have a room. Think they should be black listed from Expedia.
Elevator didn't work most of the time.
There was 2 little boys that were under 5 years old left by themselves. Reported it to front desk and clerk did not know what to do about them.
I got their last available room; the clerk informed me, before I checked in, that the tv wasn't working. Since I had brought reading materials and also had my cell phone and charger, this wasn't in issue for me. I was glad he told me in advance.
They didnt have any clean towel, no coffee pot,microwave or mini fridge and heater didnt work. We could hear everything and when i tried to cancel they said if i did i wouldnt get my deposit back
