From the moment we entered our room, it was clear that this establishment had seen better days.The room was in a deplorable state, resembling a space that had been neglected for far too long. Broken fixtures hung precariously from the walls, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. The bedding appeared moldy, the pillows were in even worse condition, and the towels were dingy and stained. Everything that was supposed to be white had taken on a grimy hue, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. When we requested new linens, we were met with indifference. The staff informed us that this was the standard and that we should not expect anything better. To add to our discomfort, the heating system in our room was malfunctioning. We had to reset the outlet ourselves just to get some warmth. The walls were marred with holes, and exposed wires hinted at a long-forgotten thermostat, leaving us feeling unsafe. As we prepared to leave, we noticed the curtains had what appeared to be vomit stains—an oversight that should never happen in any hotel. The shower was equally uninviting, stained and seemingly untouched by cleaning staff for ages. It was evident that the hotel was aware of these issues but chose to ignore them.To make matters worse, despite checkout not being until 11 AM, we were rudely awakened at 9:45 AM by housekeeping knocking on our door. This lack of consideration for guests’ comfort was the final straw. we reluctantly stayed as it was non refundable.
