I used to love this hotel; however, this experience wasn’t as great as previous ones.
The staff was friendly but not very effective at solving issues.
Breakfast was disappointing—Two Hands and Soho House are nearby, and we recommend going there instead.
The guy at the pool was exceptional: attentive, efficient, and high-quality service.
Housekeeping was also great—everything was very clean.
However, the minibar was incomplete, and I was left waiting for hours for items I had to request at the front desk, which never arrived. My Hotels.com benefits weren’t honored, and overall, it was clear they were short-staffed.
