Keep in mind this property is in a residential area just outside the Tokyo subway system. So you have to pay an extra 150 yen on the private rail line. On the plus side the Skytree tower is a 15 minute walk away. Also the food options in the area are affordable
As others mentioned, it is very small. Our carry on laughed barely fit. Also know they will knock on your door right at 10AM (checkout time). We were just taking out luggage out it is expensive for taxis to further out areas. Works well if youâre needing to be in the Sumida area
The hotel was in a quiet area and just a short walk from a train station. The property is clean and new. Itâs great value for the price and easy contactless check-in process. The only downside is that the property doesnât have an elevator and it was a bit difficult to carry our luggage by climbing the stairs to the third floor.
It was a decent room, property management did their best with communication but some things were lost in translation. A little learning curve with using things like a/c and shower but ultimately figured out. Room was cozy, not super clean but served its purpose as a place to sleep in a decent neighborhood. Convenient access to train station, convenience stores, food was a plus. Not the most happening area but again, access to train station helpful.
