I think this is solidly a "two star" motel. Check in was smooth. They've done some recent updates to the rooms, but the work was a bit sloppy with things like door trim missing. Cleanliness was an issue. The bed seemed clean, but the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and fixtures, there were chips on the floor of the main room, and the parking lot had an excessive amount of litter and cigarette butts. Some of the people that live in the motel seemed a little "rough", which made me wonder if it was a good idea to leave my laptop in my room or not. The second day of my stay the police showed up beating on my door looking for someone I assume was in a different room, which kind of confirmed my intuition. Anyhow, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation.

Extra $20.00 charge at check in

Yes, I checked in about 9:30 PM. No one in the office but there was someone nearby who responded to 1 of the 2 numbers posted on the door. In the room there are no table lamps, just a combo fan/light operated by the wall switch by the door. The TV has 2 remotes, one for Channel changing and another, I assume to turn the TV on and off. The TV was on when I entered the room but when I tried to turn the TV off with the first remote so I picked up the other to turn it off but there were no batteries in that one so I jumped up from bed and had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Shower was fine. There was no coffee in the office in the AM....In fact there was no one in the office. I had to Call to check out. about 9:30AM.. ......The drain pipe under the sink just let the water to drain onto the cabinet then the bathroom floor. When I looked in the cabinet under the sink there were rags on the floor so I knew this first time the leak was noticed (see Photo)... The other thing the road noise in the morning was relatively constant from about sunrise on. The rooms face the road about 40 feet away. However the thing that set things off on the wrong foot was a $22.00 See Photo. I could not use a credit card as the clerk said the machine was broken. That extra $20.00 Had I known would have possibly gotten me a better place elsewhere. She said it had something to do with Expedia. News to me.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

This is so unprofessional
 When we got to the place, not only they gave us a smoking room that smells and stink, but they told us that they have no other room available
 When I called to speak with the lady in front, she told us to contact expedia to tell them to contact her boss, which i did. Today, i received an email saying that this place refused to refund me my money! I am going to report you to the police. Smhhh

The person who did the registration was nice enough but the property was NOTHING like the pictures. Around the parking lot, in front of the doors and the dirty stairway were people just hanging out like they were waiting for their junkies. Cigarette butts and unidentifiable gunk was everywhere. The room had two flat old pillows with old sheets and one blanket-no bedspread, no end table. The was ONE towel and ONE washcloth. When I unrolled them they were damp. No bathmat, no hand towels. I got the feeling that this is used more as a long term living situation, not a guest hotel. The bathroom was worn but clean enough and it had a kitchenette I did not need. The were scratch marks on the front and bathroom doors from an animal and dirt in all the corners. I expected more from Expedia. â˜č

Keep going past dont stay

We gad to call yo get someone to check us in . We were charged extra fees that normally dont have to . Their card reader was down so luckily had cash . Bed was like a cot , very uncomfortable. Will definitely never stay here again ! Very disapointing.

Unsafe, filthy, different roadway signage name

The signage for motel did not match name on booking. Room was not secure due to a full window in back of room near kitchenette that was not attached to window frame with a stick propping window upright to appear ok. Wooded dark area behind unsecure window. Sheets and pillow cases were heavily stained and looked filthy. Manager told me there was not another room and would not refund my payment.

This property is possibly a step above a trap house. When I arrived I immediately noticed the amount of people lingering around and felt absolutely uncomfortable staying there. I contacted the property and said that I felt unsafe and wanted a refund which they initially agreed to but then refused to go through with the refund. The name on the listing isnt even the same name as on the property sign.

Dont waste your money

Booked 2 rooms, only to try to check in amd was told we only had 1. That took about30 minutes to clear up. Got to our room, while walking past all the drug addicts living there. Bathroom had dirt and bugs on the floor in the shower. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. Woke up every hour or so hearing people above us running around and screaming. I wouldnt even waste your money staying here for a night. You wont get any sleep anyway.
