Overall, it was pretty great. I only stayed there because I had car issues and had to make a layover. So considering everything else I went through, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend for whatever the reason.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint is the pool was ice cold and unusable. I havent been to a hotel with an indoor pool that wasnt heated. Besides that it was great. Would stay again!
Never in my life have we been charged for a parking spot at a hotel. Do you guard our car? Is there a fence around the parking lot? A gate to get in? No. Just a regular parking lot at a Hilton Garden Inn that someone decided to charge us for the privilege to park our car there. How else are we going to get to your hotel? We wonât be staying at a Hilton hotel in the future. Nothing like nickling and dimming your guests. We were also charged for something at The Shop that we did not purchase.
the man behind the service desk was very nice and helpful. I did not know rooms were not guaranteed through hotels.com. As far as the room goes it was nice my only comment on the room is the bed is extremely hard not very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. I was very disappointed in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing not enjoyable at all and no restroom in the area without having to go back to your room or out to the lobby which is not very convenient if in the pool.
The room was clean. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. The shower head was not spraying correctly. I was not aware that it was pay for parking. Continental breakfast was 12.95/person which was crazy- we choose to eat elsewhere. Staff was friendly.
