The room was terribly dirty & stunk to high heaven. Grease was built up under the rings if the stove eyes. Side of the fridge has grease build up. Didnât look like anything had been dusted for months. I was terribly disappointed
I stayed at the hotel with my sister very quiet area, friendly staff and helpful. Need clean towels need bowls and plates for conmen breakfast. and ice machine was broke, but they did provide ice.
They ran out of clean towels. They ran out of plates and bowls for the complementary breakfast. The staff had to work with very little supplies staff very friendly, very helpful when they can and work with what they got need more supplies. Ice machine was broke on the hottest days in July in Georgia.
Our room was filled with roaches, the bathroom light kept going out. The door to the room was had to open and close. The mattress was very dirty. The wood paneling feel off the bottom of the cabinet. The shower was dirty when we first arrived. However they did refund us our pet deposit.
For the love of God do not stay here. If you care about your family you will choose a better place. Just stayed from the 12th to the 16th. Lock was never fixed. Had random people trying to tap cards on my door every night. They never have towels, and finnaly got new bath towels at 12.am on the 16th wow. They will not refund you even with this proof but yet hotels.com gave me a $75 credit but this hotel management refused so. I had no choice. I tried to contact local Health Department and they had no way to contact with a 2.5 star rating. This company is not on the BBB so you cant even complain on there. I already setup an apointment with the VA so I can see if I caught anything. I will update. Also have more pictures if needed please have Thier Corporate contact me asap this needs to be fixed now or shutdown. The bathrooms are dirty as well and the microwave had rust exposed inside so I could not use it.
The outside looks nice but inside building needs to remodel. All the doors to the rooms look at residential interior door not commercial door. Stain on the bed including sheets, bathroom smell liked piss. The rooms need to be clean, vacuum. Donât know you Hotel.com give this hotel a 7.2. It should be 1 star.
The hotel repeatedly attempted to charge my card for the rooms Iâve reserved. There were no towels and wash rags. My kids room didnât have working water, no shower, no sink, no water for a whole day without no credits or anything. Another room Iâve reserved my for uncle had mold. They did not accommodate him nor refund the room amount even though he stayed in a room with another family member elsewhere. My uncle has medical conditions which Iâve explained still no accommodations. The worst experience. Over 2k down the drain Iâll never recommend this place for anyone other than the fact it was convenient for leisure and shopping.
Only one person working the front desk and was completely overwhelmed. The room had skin and hair all over the floor by the bed and there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower or any complimentary toiletries. The elevator was extremely unsafe and shook the entire time. The hallways are a sauna and the toilets are made for children. Definitely will not be staying again.
The property is in a good quaint location and the staff was very polite. It seems like it has gone through renovation but you can tell that the rooms still needed more work (the door had holes from where the old lock was, the toilet didnât flush well etc). I think the property has some neglect from the corporate or perhaps there are some planning issues on site. Even though there was kitchen, there were no paper or regular kitchen towels - the staff said they were out. No pots, hardly anything in the kitchen cabinets. The fridge door was put on the wrong way and almost hitting the door lock when trying to open it. The wifi was sketchy at best, we tried to watch a movie but it kept getting interrupted due to poor wifi. Ice machine wasnât working and could only dispense water. I brought all this to the staff at the front desk but they couldnât do anything except to note those things.
Overall, I think the hotel has potential but it needs more attention either from the corporate or on site - they need to bring in a solid maintenance guy for a day or two plus IT guy or gal and just have a good walkthrough and fix things. Big plus - no carpet in the room, I liked that very much
