I will visit this hotel every time I come to this area simply because of the wonderful friendly staff. Cynthia in the breakfast room was one of the sweetest people I've ever met in my life. I will come back there specifically to see her.
The staff was excellent & was able to work with me to better fit my pets needs. The bed was not that comfy & noticed hair on the pillows. The microwave handle was broken. The curtains didnât close all the way. Overall, It was okay for a one night stay, but would not stay here again.
This place was solid overall. Shower water pressure was amazing. The only downside was the fire alarm went off once at 7pm and then again at 7am the next morning. Just tedious since it took over a minute to turn off what were both false alarms.
Served our purpose in staying one night in the lake Norman/birkdake area but a bit expensive. Rooms dated but ok. USB ports next to bed didnât work for me. A steep $100 fee for dogs accidentally double charged but front desk staff, who were super nice, took it off when notified.
This is a disappointing Residence Inn. The room is damp from humidity. Sheets feel wet. A/C was turned off on arrival.
Kitchen cabinets were well worn.
