The experience was good in general with minor observations.
The parking space is not enough for the guests. Although the security guard has done his best to adjust the situation. He deserve a high credit for his efforts.
The receptionist in certain shifts needs to improve his customer service skills.
Awful awful service from the check in staff. The man at the desk called 'Akash' was very rude and has zero customer service skills and I don't think he knows how to smile. Additionally, the manager is also very unhelpful.
There are much better hotels in Dubai, don't ruin your trip by staying here !
Very disappointed from Hotels.com as it is 2nd times I reach to hotel and they don't have confirmation from hotels.com and very complcated and difficult to register your complain and get your refunds
