The hotel was great, within walking distance to shops & bars & restaurants! Very clean, super comfy beds, excellent breakfast bar each morning. The staff was very nice, they greeted each time we went in and out. I so appreciated not having to pay for parking. They gladly welcomed our dog & provide pet waste bags outside. There was free space nearby for walking the dog. I was happy to see refillable soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion pump bottles in the bathroom. This saves a lot of wasted plastic in landfills. The products were good quality. Overall, extremely well run hotel with very professional staff. We will travel back soon & will definitely stay here again.
I thought I booked using Hotels.com which I did and have the confirmation, but the Hampton Inn Greer SC didn't have a confirmation or any information about my visit. The hotel was totally booked and didn't have any rooms, and I had booked two rooms using Hotels.com. So, I tried to contact Hotels.com and was able using messaging to message a real person who just disconnected while I was asking the receptionist a question, they asked me to ask the receptionist. I tried to reconnect, which I did but had to start from scratch. I had messaged three different people and found that the reservations were never made for the rooms. They said they would call the Greer Hampton Inn but never did. I never got help getting my rooms and had to fend for myself six hundred miles from home. I give Hotels.com one tenth of a star out of five stars. Do better Hotels that was BS
It was amazing from speaking on the phone with customer service to checking out 10 stars!!! Breakfast was great! I needed more bacon and pineapple every day!
